RAWAFED AL-KHOR is highly selective in the projects it pursues. Each opportunity is thoroughly evaluated on its individual merits, and no market share or asset utilization targets take precedence over this principle. Once a project is awarded, full authority is entrusted to the Project Director, who serves as the single point of accountability throughout all phases of execution. Senior Management closely monitors project performance through structured monthly reviews.

Our risk management process spans the entire project lifecycle—beginning with pre-bid reviews of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and continuing through to the fulfillment of all contractual obligations. During both the bid preparation and execution phases, all critical aspects—including commercial strategy, financial exposure, contractual terms, technical requirements, safety, and environmental factors—are carefully assessed to identify uncertainties and potential risks affecting the project, the client, and RAWAFED AL-KHOR.
