Procurement/Supply Chain Management
Procurement is a critical component of project execution at RAWAFED AL-KHOR and is managed by a dedicated team of approximately 422 professionals assigned to project task forces. Their responsibilities include sourcing new suppliers, purchasing, expediting orders, inspecting the manufacture of equipment and bulk materials, and coordinating delivery and logistics.
Each project team maintains full accountability for its budget and delivery performance, supported by the expertise and established processes of the RAWAFED AL-KHOR operating center to which it is assigned. All project teams operate under unified Group policies and a strict code of ethics.
RAWAFED AL-KHOR COMPANY sources competitively on a global scale and offers clients the added advantage of dedicated procurement support services. At the Group level, the Procurement organization ensures consistency in procurement policies and strategies across all operations while also sharing market intelligence and industry trends.

Our expertise covers the entire supply chain, from sourcing, purchasing, and transportation logistics to inventory management, inspection, and quality assurance. Every product and service we utilize must meet our strict quality and safety standards. In addition to our procurement offices, we operate fabrication facilities for manufacturing required components, along with lay-down yards for the storage of steel and equipment.
Over the years, we have built strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers across multiple industries. Through competitive bidding and long-term agreements, we secure cost-effective pricing for materials and services. We also conduct comprehensive market and supplier research to ensure accurate cost estimates, select the best products, and achieve the most competitive prices.

Smart Work Process
We believe that supply chain responsibility is shared by every member of the project team. Our engineers collaborate with clients to select technologies and equipment that best meet both project needs and budget requirements. Project managers and procurement staff closely coordinate project schedules, material orders, and shipping logistics to reduce delays. Our logistics and safety specialists ensure that hazardous materials are transported and handled safely and responsibly. Additionally, we design our projects and train our workforce to minimize material waste during construction.
